Fruit and Kale Smoothie
• 6 oz rice milk
• 1.5 oz kale
• ½ banana
• 25 g agave (1.5 tbsp)
• 1 tbsp ground flax seed
• 1 tbsp ground chia seed
• 4 oz fat free greek yogurt
• 1 cup frozen mixed fruit
Put all ingredients into the blender in the order...
